Refund & Return Policy

At IMWholesale.pk, we carefully check orders before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Refunds and returns are only available where an item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused and unworn, with tags (where applicable), and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order details may also be required.

We do not accept returns simply because of a change of mind, personal preference, or because a customer no longer wants the product.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact our customer support team promptly.

Please provide your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. Our team will review your claim and advise you on the next step.

How to Return an Item

Please do not send any product back without prior authorization from IMWholesale.pk.

First, contact our customer support team by email or WhatsApp and explain the issue. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, our team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Items sent to us without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If a replacement is not available, an approved refund may be offered instead.

Sale Items

Sale or clearance items are not returnable or refundable unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once an authorized return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment/refund method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method or financial institution.
